ALC Building & Renovations LLC ("ALC," "we") runs this website to tell you about our work and let you request an estimate. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain language.

What we collect

If you submit the estimate form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the type of project, and anything you write about it. The site itself does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use it

To contact you about your project — that's it. We don't sell your information, rent it, or add you to marketing lists. Your details may be stored in the business tools we use to manage customer conversations (such as our CRM), which are bound by their own privacy obligations.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your inquiry or project, and for the records a construction business is required to keep.
