- Diagnose first. Dry rot and water damage are priced after we see how far they go — not guessed from the driveway.
- Written scope, small or not. Even a one-day repair gets the price in writing before we start.
- Batching saves money. A punch list knocked out in one mobilization beats five separate service calls.
- Honest triage. If something doesn't need fixing yet, we'll say so.

Do you really take small jobs?
Yes — repairs and improvements are a core service, not a favor. Decks, drywall, doors, dry rot: the punch-list work most contractors won't pick up, we do.
Do you repair dry rot?
Yes. We cut out rot to clean wood, fix the water problem that caused it, and rebuild to match — siding, trim, decks, and structural members.
Do you fix appliances?
No — we're general contractors, not appliance technicians. For the structure, surfaces, doors, decks, and everything attached to the house: yes.
Is there a minimum job size?
We batch small items into one visit when we can — send the whole punch list and we'll quote it as one written scope.
